Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the analytical direction of the regional growth engine, analyzing customer trends and behavior to determine where to deploy initiatives and value upgrades.
  • •Establish scientific rigor for regional scaling initiatives by designing and executing evaluation frameworks using causal inference, counterfactual modeling, and pre/post forecasting.
  • •Build and maintain a robust semantic data layer and scalable models capturing cohort trends, lifecycle patterns, and long-term retention to enable self-serve dashboards and AI interfaces.
  • •Lead competitive intelligence and market benchmarking by creating automated systems to evaluate regional dynamics, positioning variables, and consumer alternatives.
  • •Regularly synthesize and communicate route-level performance insights to align growth squads and acquisition/marketing functions on where to amplify or pivot.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in high-impact analytical roles.
  • •Expert-level SQL and hands-on mastery of data pipeline tools including Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, and Python.
  • •Deep experience designing product experiments and applying counterfactual or causal inference when traditional split testing is restricted.
