Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and contribute to mainframe re-hosting/migration projects to Raincode/microfocus platform, ensuring smooth code changes, compilation, debugging and unit testing for batch and online processes.
  • •Perform impact analysis and understand technical design to deliver SDLC-compliant enhancements.
  • •Conduct SIT/UAT defect analysis and implement fixes, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver mainframe-based solutions and migrations.
  • •Operate with independence, driving tasks to completion and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of experience in Core Mainframe Skills – COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM,IMS DB/DC,CICS.
  • •Mainframe experience with hands-on knowledge in Batch as well as online is Must
  • •Nice to have IMS DB/DC, Easytrieve, Assembler and Datacom.
  • •REXX and CLIST knowledge will be added advantage.
  • •Should have experience working in mainframe re-hosting/migration projects to Raincode/microfocus platform.
