Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist site leadership in developing a CI roadmap and building CI infrastructure that makes CI an industry benchmark.
  • •Lead and facilitate kaizen events, improvement workshops, and projects aligned to the strategic plan and KPIs, including planning, execution, and sustainment.
  • •Identify gaps and systematic opportunities for improvement with cross-functional teams and drive them to completion using lean toolsets.
  • •Train and lead problem-solving methods from plant leadership to line associates; facilitate, train, and coach use of business system (Lean Six Sigma) tools.
  • •Engage teams in Lean daily management across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity, and partner with Finance to incorporate savings into budgets/long-range plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience deploying lean methods in operations and functions.
  • •Experience leading and developing training, processes, and systems using kaizens, A3 problem solving, X Matrix, daily management, and lean toolsets.
  • •Ability to create, lead, manage, and coordinate multiple kaizens and projects simultaneously.
  • •Ability to work as both a team member and as a team leader/kaizen event leader.
  • •7+ years of relevant business experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and ERP system(s).
