Job Summary

Support the Corporate Governance & Boards team with keeping the Corporate Rule Book up to date, coordinating rule vetting and communication, and helping ensure the Corporate Rule Process is followed. Assist corporate governance projects and corporate housekeeping, including drafting corporate documents and organizing signing and filing. Prepare and edit PowerPoint and Word materials, support invoice handling, contribute to AI/automation efforts, and conduct legal research with summary preparation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support upkeep of the Corporate Rule Book, including organizing vetting, liaising with rule owners, and publishing/communicating corporate rules.
•Assist ongoing corporate governance projects.
•Support corporate housekeeping: drafting corporate documents and organizing signing and filing.
•Design and edit PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.
•Assist with invoice handling and processing, and support AI and AI automation projects including legal research and summaries.

•Enrolled in a university and available to start September 1, 2026 for a 6-month part-time working student role (16–20 h/week).
