Starlink Enterprise Account Manager (Retail)

Own a portfolio of Starlink retail customers as the primary point of contact from contract signature through activation, ensuring contract terms are fulfilled. Build and manage a one-to-many engagement strategy spanning onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention and growth. Partner with distributors and internal teams to manage orders, delivery timelines, invoicing, and payments, while using customer feedback and data analysis to improve the retail experience and scale revenue.
