Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end transformation of TrendLife’s affiliate program to scale revenue 4–5x through aggressive publisher development, AI-augmented platform decisions, and incrementality measurement. Own global strategy, partner recruitment, fraud prevention, and automated workflows, leveraging AI tools (Claude Code, Python) to maximize performance across Rakuten, Impact Radius, CJ and other networks.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and govern the global affiliate program: commission structures, partner tiering, promotional calendars, and brand safety standards
•Evaluate platform consolidation across Rakuten, Impact Radius, and CJ to inform recommendations using AI
•Build a 6-month growth roadmap with milestones, recruitment targets, and revenue projections toward the 4–5x ambition
•Own the strategic decision on agency vs. in-house execution for affiliate
•Lead aggressive partner recruitment with AI-driven discovery, automated outreach, and onboarding communications

Key Requirements

•5–7+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development with multi-region experience
•Deep knowledge of major affiliate platforms (Rakuten, Impact, CJ) and tracking technology
•Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs through active publisher recruitment
•Genuine AI fluency with tools for partner discovery, outreach automation, data analysis, and workflow efficiency (Claude Code, Python or similar)
•Strong analytical skills to model commission scenarios, run incrementality tests, and analyze partner performance
