Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the crew truck is adequately stocked.
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mechanical/structural mounts, electrical equipment and tools in preparation for installation.
  • •Assemble racking and solar panels/support structures per project plan, and apply weather sealing to roofing and mounting structures.
  • •Ensure a clean and orderly job site and perform project clean up including client site and installation vehicle.
  • •Lead crew through safe, effective installations, provide leadership and technical support, and ensure personal/crew/job site safety at all times (including acting foreperson if needed).
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 27.6 - 36.8 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous solar installation experience required (equivalent construction or military experience may be considered).
  • •Maintain a clean driving record, be 21 years of age, and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Follow company safety policies and procedures, identify and report hazards, and encourage others to work safely.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot problems, meet deadlines and key metrics, and communicate tactfully with customers and coworkers.
