Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the technical lead on the delivery of outputs from small to modelling medium projects.
  • •Delegate tasks to the team as project workload and deadlines demand, and mentor junior staff.
  • •Undertake a technical mentoring role for more junior members of staff.
  • •Conduct Health & Safety Risk Assessments and coordinate Field Teams.
  • •Model Build and Verification, optioneering of design solutions, and produce reports and technical documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using Infoworks ICM.
  • •Ability to develop technical specifications and scopes of works for projects, considering financial and programme constraints.
  • •Experience of technically reviewing projects, providing design and optioneering input, and preparation of proposals.
  • •Experience running a specific team of project engineers and technicians.
  • •Experience liaising with government departments, local authorities, water and utility companies, SEPA and other public bodies.
