Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical delivery of Oracle HCM solutions supporting People & Culture, including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation modules.
  • •Own end-to-end Oracle HCM solution design, translating functional requirements into scalable technical designs aligned to enterprise standards.
  • •Direct configuration, development, module extensions, integrations, and reporting within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
  • •Ensure adherence to SDLC standards including requirements traceability, design reviews, testing strategy, release planning, and stage-gate governance.
  • •Lead and coordinate technical teams and system integrators, oversee testing (unit, SIT, regression, UAT), and manage Oracle quarterly releases and go-live readiness/cutover/hyper care.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced or Master’s degree preferred.
  • •12+ years delivering enterprise HCM solutions with deep hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.
  • •Lead full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations (design, build, test, deployment).
  • •Strong knowledge across Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent, Payroll & Benefits, Time & Labor/Absence, Recruiting/Learning, and Compensation.
  • •Experience with Oracle HCM integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, and middleware) and understanding of Oracle HCM security models and access controls.
