Job Summary

Deliver scalable, secure Oracle HCM solutions for the People & Culture organization as the technical delivery lead. Own end-to-end Oracle HCM solution design and execution, including configuration, development, integrations, reporting, and full testing from unit through UAT. Lead technical teams and external system integrators, manage Oracle quarterly releases and regression cycles, and support go-live readiness, cutover, and hyper care. Also lead HCM data migration design for acquired firms’ onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical delivery of Oracle HCM solutions supporting People & Culture, including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation modules.
•Own end-to-end Oracle HCM solution design, translating functional requirements into scalable technical designs aligned to enterprise standards.
•Direct configuration, development, module extensions, integrations, and reporting within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
•Ensure adherence to SDLC standards including requirements traceability, design reviews, testing strategy, release planning, and stage-gate governance.
•Lead and coordinate technical teams and system integrators, oversee testing (unit, SIT, regression, UAT), and manage Oracle quarterly releases and go-live readiness/cutover/hyper care.

Salary: USD 187,500 - 359,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced or Master’s degree preferred.
•12+ years delivering enterprise HCM solutions with deep hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.
•Lead full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations (design, build, test, deployment).
•Strong knowledge across Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent, Payroll & Benefits, Time & Labor/Absence, Recruiting/Learning, and Compensation.
•Experience with Oracle HCM integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, and middleware) and understanding of Oracle HCM security models and access controls.
