Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as a Sales Associate by using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model and supporting a positive in-store culture. Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies, while acting as a brand ambassador and following asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
