Job Summary

Lead strategic consulting engagements to translate organizational goals into workforce development strategies, close capability gaps, and accelerate adoption of Esri technology across diverse client organizations. Partner with Esri’s Business Development team to design solutions, advise stakeholders at all levels, and communicate the value of Esri training to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with customer organizations to understand their mission, operational priorities, and desired outcomes
•Conduct skills gap analysis to identify the workforce capabilities needed to achieve organizational goals
•Design and propose workforce development roadmaps that align Esri training to customer’s skill gaps, strategic objectives, and critical business goals
•Proactively identify business development opportunities within the existing customer base through ongoing consultative engagement and discovery
•Partner with teams across Esri to shape comprehensive solutions that address each customer’s organizational challenges

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of consulting, advisory, or workforce development experience.
•Direct work-related experience in or familiarity with the organizations and operations of the communities served (such as state and local government).

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation.
•Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.
