Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and participate in designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining customer cloud network and security infrastructure.
  • •Resolve customer network and security issues requiring direct access to NICE network/security infrastructure.
  • •Perform network and security administration using industry-standard network equipment and software.
  • •Design and test network and security infrastructure components including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and WAN systems.
  • •Prepare, review, test, and deploy network configuration and security software for assigned administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience managing AWS Cloud and AWS network stacks.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience managing network and security infrastructure and administering associated tools/software.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience with Palo Alto (mandatory).
  • •AWS and Palo Alto certifications are mandatory.
  • •Strong knowledge of IPsec/TCP-IP, TCP/IP networking, and troubleshooting VPN/IPSEC (including layer 7 firewall packet processing).
