Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the OIG-aligned healthcare compliance program to support operations and maintain client and partner trust.
  • •Oversee privacy and HIPAA compliance programs, including policies, workforce training, minimum-necessary practices, and partnership with Security on technical controls.
  • •Operationalize compliance requirements by owning policy, training, monitoring, remediation cycles, and providing day-to-day guidance to the business.
  • •Lead compliance incident response: investigations, risk and breach assessments, remediation, and trend analysis.
  • •Co-own AI and data-use governance, including risk assessment, human oversight, testing, monitoring, incident response, vendor diligence, and leadership reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of compliance, privacy, legal, or regulatory experience with meaningful hands-on ownership of a compliance program.
  • •5+ years of healthcare compliance experience covering HIPAA/HITECH, fraud and abuse, investigations, monitoring, policies, and corrective action.
  • •Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into strategic, actionable guidance through strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Experience taking ambiguous questions and delivering clear, structured answers with minimal guidance.
