Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive improvements to existing and future Fab 10 Facilities Operations programs in coordination with facilities system owners.
  • •Lead Post Incident Review (PIR) and incident prevention processes to avoid facilities supply interruptions.
  • •Spearhead labor productivity improvement projects using business process improvement and automation.
  • •Represent Fab 10 as an Area Quality Coordinator (AQC), leading quality improvement programs and global AQC/operational forums.
  • •Serve in shift lead and emergency response support roles, monitor facilities systems, respond to abnormal/out-of-spec conditions, and coordinate restoration and service requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Strong familiarity with data analytics/automation tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Python, SharePoint, Power BI, and SQL.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communication and ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry, and interest/knowledge of facilities systems (preferred).
