Job Summary

Own strategy and execution for service delivery, including escalation and change management, cost management, and oversight of high-risk projects. Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure SLA delivery and policy compliance, manage vendor negotiations, and contribute to account and strategic plans. Identify revenue opportunities, drive transformation optimization and cross-organization knowledge management, and participate in presales and change order negotiations while guiding internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Formulate strategies across performance metrics, escalation, change management, and customer communication.
•Own expense/cost targets for service delivery requirements and develop, implement, and monitor expense controls.
•Manage high-risk projects, lead cross-functional teams, and implement corrective actions.
•Oversee timely SLA delivery, manage vendor negotiations, and contribute to account and strategic plans.
•Drive cross-organization optimization, lead knowledge management strategies, and enhance customer engagement processes.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in ITIL/ITSM, business, customer support, or related fields.
•Advanced subject matter knowledge to lead and contribute to complex service-delivery and escalation efforts.
•Experience developing and monitoring expense/cost controls for service delivery requirements.
•Ability to develop internal/external working relationships and provide mentoring or guidance to lower-level employees.
