Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an account liaison coordinating and executing account SLAs, acting as a primary point of contact for auction vendors/clients.
  • •Engage with clients to understand requirements, educate on company products and services, and ensure work is completed to client expectations.
  • •Review vehicles in sale lineups, locate missing vehicles, and coordinate with account representatives so vehicles are ready and parked on-spot on-time.
  • •Monitor vehicle reconditioning processes and communicate with stakeholders to support smooth auction operations.
  • •With assistance from senior peers and auction departments, review lineup vehicles, recommend reconditioning services, and conduct condition report and imaging audits.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years’ experience in a related field, with minimum of 1 year in automotive industry or related field.
  • •Team-based interpersonal skills.

  • •Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute duties within required timeframes.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record is required; ability to operate standard and automatic transmission is preferred.
