Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead gender and inclusion strategy integrated across IAAI research, governance, and operational practices.
  • •Advise on gender-responsive AI research design, data practices, evaluation, and bias mitigation.
  • •Design women-focused advisory interventions and ensure advisory content and delivery reflect women’s real constraints and information needs.
