  • •Design and build AI agents that make business-context-aware decisions and take actions across enterprise systems within defined guardrails.
  • •Build cross-platform integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures to automate end-to-end business processes.
  • •Develop reusable AI frameworks and components (e.g., AI Skills) to enable scalable AI adoption across People Organization functions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building AI, machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, and agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments, plus software development/solution engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Software Engineering/AI or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Advanced expertise with AI coding tools, Python, APIs, and modern AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • •Proven experience building and deploying enterprise AI agents across multiple business platforms and technology ecosystems.
