Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as 5A / Lead Salesforce Engineer supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
  • •Perform declarative customization across objects, permissions, approvals, and automation components such as flows and process builders.
  • •Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Lightning Components/Aura, and Flows, including integrations via REST APIs.
  • •Implement and maintain customer-facing Experience Cloud interfaces and related web UI using HTML/XHTML/XML/JavaScript/CSS.
  • •Apply Salesforce best practices for security and platform capabilities (e.g., Shield, CORS, Connected Apps, SSO) and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of total SFDC experience with expertise in Force.com, Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning LWC, and Lightning Flows.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce declarative customization including custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, and process builders.
  • •Strong development skills with Apex, LWC/Lightning Components/Aura, SOQL, REST APIs, Salesforce platform events, and CDC.
  • •Experience building customer-facing web-based UI using Experience Cloud, including HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • •Expertise in Force.com Sites and security-related capabilities such as Salesforce Shield, CORS, Connected Apps, and SSO/authentication, with Salesforce certification (Platform Developer 1).
