Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of the annual sustainability report, aligning strategic reporting themes with best-in-class disclosure frameworks.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to develop voluntary sustainability disclosures responsive to investor feedback and mandatory requirements in multiple countries.
  • •Partner with Sustainability Team members to develop internal controls for sustainability data and metrics, coordinating with audit and impacted teams.
  • •Engage external stakeholders including investors, nonprofits, and rating agencies to support transparent disclosures and improve existing reporting.
  • •Work with IT and other business units to understand technology needs, implement solutions for accurate sustainability data, and support sustainability disclosures including SEC filings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sustainability, environmental policy, or a related area.
  • •5+ years of experience leading or supporting corporate sustainability/ESG reporting and disclosure efforts.
  • •Familiarity with existing and pending ESG disclosure requirements in the U.S. and other regions (e.g., ECGT, CSRD, ISSB).
  • •Knowledge of sustainability/ESG reporting trends, drivers, and frameworks, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve disclosures and performance.
  • •Master’s degree in public policy and/or prior experience in sustainability-related policy areas (preferred).
