Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute offshore lifting operations safely to support well clean-up, GPP back-gassing, and hydrocarbon export operations.
  • •Conduct pre-start-up crane inspections and ensure Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements are in place before operations.
  • •Manage deck logistics, cargo handling, container movements, and material handling in line with operational and safety procedures.
  • •Coordinate daily operational requirements with the Production Supervisor and Start-up Team and maintain effective offshore team communication.
  • •Participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks; identify hazards and support emergency response activities while enforcing HSE procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Offshore Crane Operator (Stage 3 or equivalent) certification.
  • •Offshore survival certifications: BOSIET/FOET and HUET.
  • •Valid offshore medical certificate (e.g., OGUK).
  • •Proven experience as an Offshore Crane Operator, including crane servicing, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
  • •Strong HSE knowledge including hazard identification and emergency response, plus VHF radio licence and LOLER/Banksman/Slinging certification or training.
