Customer Success Representative (Deutschland)

Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for veterinary customers, ensuring they successfully transition from sales to implementation and extract maximum value from the product. Deliver product trainings and demos, monitor customer satisfaction through regular check-ins, and proactively identify risks to resolve issues early. Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product to gather feedback, support feature adoption, and expand customer relationships through cross-sell and upsell.
