Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and improve equipment performance, uptime, and utilization.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis (RCA).
  • •Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions, supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • •Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities, and drive yield, quality, productivity, and cost improvement projects.
  • •Analyze equipment and manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities using AI/automation/digital tools; ensure compliance and train technicians and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience with manufacturing, semiconductor, or automated production equipment, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • •Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, RCA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Ability to use AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI features) and apply data-driven insights.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
