Principal Product Manager - Payments

Architect and deliver next-generation global pay-in and pay-out infrastructure, owning the Payments & Finance P&L. Shape product strategy and lead end-to-end lifecycle from roadmap to launch and scale fintech products for a global workforce across 120+ countries. Build partnerships with banks, payment service providers, and cross-border payment networks, working with engineering, design, compliance, and operations to launch secure, high-performing payment systems and optimize success rates, FX spreads, settlement times, and efficiency.
