Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build global pay-in and pay-out infrastructure with scalability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • •Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and requirements through roadmap, launch, and scaling.
  • •Own the Payments & Finance P&L, driving revenue growth and margin optimization.
  • •Launch fintech products including wallets, FX, virtual and physical cards, and alternative payment methods.
  • •Forge strategic partnerships and work with teams to deliver secure, high-performing payment systems integrated with financial partners while optimizing payment success rates and settlement performance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in product management with at least 5+ years in payments, banking, or fintech.
  • •Proven experience building global payment systems for cross-border pay-ins and pay-outs.
  • •Strong partnership experience with banks, PSPs, and payment networks.
  • •Experience owning P&L and delivering measurable business impact.
  • •Deep understanding of payment flows, FX, compliance, and reconciliation processes.
