Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that improve associate workflows and customer interactions.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, agents/workflows, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, governance, and observability.
  • •Own the end-to-end architecture for complex AI systems, ensuring maintainability, observability, and ethical alignment.
  • •Define and maintain AI reliability service-level objectives (SLOs) including latency, uptime, and model performance drift.
  • •Collaborate with infrastructure engineering to optimize GPU/TPU utilization and lead technical reviews for new AI deployments; mentor senior/principal associates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,200 - 245,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus 4+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master's plus 2+ years.
  • •4+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.
  • •Experience building AI-powered products and software components from design through deployment, testing, and support.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering and mathematics with expertise across hardware, software, and AI to identify optimization opportunities.
  • •Ability to translate research into production and communicate technical findings clearly.
