Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the TPM function from scratch within the first year for R&D, starting hands-on and hiring 1–2 TPMs.
  • •Ensure timely, predictable delivery across the product portfolio, with early escalation when plans diverge from commitments.
  • •Run cross-team regulatory and audit-adjacent programs, including regulatory review pipelines, remediation of audit findings, and commitment tracking.
  • •Maintain a single source of truth for portfolio dependencies and capacity, surfacing contradictions like unstaffed critical paths before quarter-end misses.
  • •Run the product execution-review cadence with honest initiative status, launch readiness, and an escalation path with SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technical program management, with 3+ leading TPM teams or functions, ideally including founding one.
  • •Delivery leadership in a regulated financial environment, including examiner deadlines and audit findings/SOX-adjacent remediation exposure.
  • •Technically credible with platform engineering—able to pressure-test estimates and sequence work with senior engineers.
  • •Demonstrated experience with at least one: M&A integration, legal-entity restructuring, or large multi-party partner migrations.
