Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the development and execution of a sustainable policy program for enterprise policy quality
  • •Develop and deliver communications and presentations through ERM communication channels and CPO-led forums
  • •Write, edit, and deliver communications and presentations supporting risk management practices
  • •Review policy documents with stakeholders to drive consistency and improve content, including effective challenge at stages in the lifecycle
  • •Conduct adherence monitoring and analyze policy management data to identify risks, process improvements, and training opportunities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,900 - 173,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • •At least 3 years of audit, quality assurance, or risk management experience
  • •At least 3 years of experience supporting internal business clients
  • •At least 2 years of experience in process or project management
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA) or Juris Doctorate (JD) and policy management experience
