Key Responsibilities

  • •Evolve and test the strategic blueprint against market forces, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • •Translate strategy into enterprise priorities, functional goals, measurable outcomes, and execution roadmaps; align investments, OKRs/KPIs, and incentives with the strategic direction.
  • •Establish governance forums and feedback loops to track progress, resolve cross-functional blockers, and redirect execution when outcomes move off course.
  • •Lead MAPS (Market Aligned Product Strategy) and oversee capital allocation governance, including build/buy/partner/watch/pass decision frameworks and investment governance.
  • •Support corporate development and M&A by identifying capability gaps, screening targets, coordinating due diligence, and building models/tools to strengthen opportunity screening and transaction decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience across corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, management consulting, market intelligence, transformation, or related leadership roles.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing corporate or product strategies and translating them into enterprise priorities, roadmaps, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Significant sector experience in areas such as payments, financial services, banking, marketplaces, SaaS, fintech, identity, fraud, or RegTech.
  • •Advanced analytical and scenario-planning capabilities to make clear recommendations under ambiguity, including executive-ready materials for Boards and advisors.
  • •Meaningful experience leading large-scale strategic or transformation programs and supporting acquisitions (opportunity assessment, screening, due diligence, transaction analysis, integration planning).
