Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage relationships with Edify partner schools and Christ-centered education partners in Panama, including forming transformation committees and discipleship clubs.
  • •Visit partner schools to consult with owners and educators, facilitate training (including biblical worldview and leadership/teaching skills), and oversee training delivered by service providers.
  • •Support strategy, planning, and implementation of Christ-Centered Education programs, including setting objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring the outcome map is understood.
  • •Ensure effective program coordination, reporting, and database management, including monthly reports and weekly updates in Salesforce and other platforms.
  • •Provide mentoring and technical/functional support in areas such as discipleship, education, education technology, or sustainability, while clustering schools into professional learning communities.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in education, accounting and finance, computer science, or a related field (master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • •3–5 years of work experience in education, international development, community development, and/or youth development.
  • •Experience in the education sector as an administrator, educator, or consultant preferred.
  • •Experience designing programs and budgets, and experience coaching/mentoring.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish and strong communication, report/proposal writing, and technology skills.
