Facilitate and strengthen Christ-centered education in partnership with low-fee independent Christian schools in Panama. Own relationship management, training activities, and program strategy for partner schools—coaching school leaders, supporting discipleship initiatives, and ensuring implementation aligns with Edify’s outcome map. Coordinate day-to-day operations, oversee reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and manage databases and Salesforce updates while traveling frequently for school visits.
