Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding financial goals and offering tailored solutions across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs
  • •Promote and educate customers on digital and mobile banking tools (app and ATMs) to enable self-service and convenience
  • •Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners to address complex financial needs
  • •Proactively reach out to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups to review suitability of products and services
  • •Adhere to all financial policies and cash handling procedures while ensuring compliance with state and local regulations
