Job Summary

Support employees and the business across the employment lifecycle, assisting with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and HR inquiries. Help with talent management (talent reviews, succession planning, goals), compensation processes (salary reviews and promotions), and HR administration. Maintain HR systems, prepare monthly/ad hoc HR reports using HR data, and propose process improvements under guidance from more senior HR generalists and the HR Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide timely advice and guidance on general HR inquiries related to policies, processes, and HR matters (including employee relations, benefits, talent development, and payroll) with support.
•Support recruitment activities aligned to business requirements.
•Prepare offer letters and employment contracts per company policy, local laws, and regulations.
•Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation sessions, exit interviews, and system updates.
•Support talent management and compensation activities (talent review, succession planning, goals setting; salary reviews, promotions/merit review) and maintain HR administration and systems, including generating HR reports.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience in a similar role or HR administration role.
•Understanding of HR principles and practices.
•Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
