Job Summary

Lead store operations and visual execution to ensure the location is customer-ready at all times. Oversee operational and visual processes, investigate inventory accuracy issues, and support sell-through through precise inventory counts and labor scheduling. Partner with the General/Store Manager on budgets, reporting, and planning. As a people leader, coach and develop the Operations and Visual team, manage hiring and succession, and maintain safe, efficient day-to-day operations.

•Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to keep the store customer-ready.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with the General Manager.
•Champion visual standards on the sales floor using business performance data, coordinating labor hours to receive product deliveries.
•Manage budget, reporting, and business metrics (e.g., expenses and sell-thru) in partnership with the General Manager to inform planning.
•Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, coaching, development, and recruitment/succession planning while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Requirements

•Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
•Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks as needed in-store.
