Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the site’s Health & Safety Management System and ensure legislative and company compliance.
  • •Deliver Health & Safety training, coaching, and guidance to operational teams to promote a positive safety culture.
  • •Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, analysing trends and implementing corrective actions to reduce risk.
  • •Manage the Environmental Management System to meet environmental legislation and sustainability objectives.
  • •Lead and develop the site’s Quality function, maintain quality documentation, and drive continuous improvement using corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum qualification.
  • •Previous experience in a Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety management role.
  • •Strong knowledge of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety management systems, including ISO standards.
  • •Experience investigating incidents, analysing data, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Experience leading teams and coaching colleagues in operational environments.
