Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with company leaders to identify strategic opportunities that accelerate product roadmap and business strategy.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on competitive landscape and industry trends to build business cases for growth opportunities.
  • •Lead deal analyses and build/ buy/ partner considerations, including financial forecasting and valuation modeling.
  • •Manage the full deal lifecycle—sourcing, assessment, valuation, negotiations, due diligence, structuring, closing, and post-deal integration.
  • •Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders and external ecosystem partners to execute deals and integration.
