Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive new RFID material development and structural construction design to meet customer needs.
  • •Lead end-to-end RFID new product or component development from ideation through post-launch and provide technical support from a material science perspective.
  • •Collaborate with IL product teams across business units and multiple countries in the North Asia region.
  • •Screen and consolidate real innovation opportunities with commercial business development and sales teams by understanding industries and applications.
  • •Solve critical technical problems with global IL experts and support intelligent label business growth results.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in a digital, engineering, chemical, or material science related field.
  • •5+ years of related work experience in RFID/inlay structure design, including understanding RFID mechanisms and how RFID labels/tags are produced.
  • •Strong understanding of adhesive technology in the label and tape industry (plus).
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups as well as suppliers/customers to define and execute requirements.
  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to use AI/digital tools in daily work.
