Key Responsibilities

  • •Own program outcomes end-to-end by defining and managing schedules, surfacing dependencies early, and driving multi-functional alignment from architecture review through tape-out and bring-up.
  • •Lead through design complexity by participating in critical design reviews, flagging scope risks early, and making trade-off decisions with minimal disruption.
  • •Act as the main technical link across silicon, systems, software, operations, and marketing to keep teams aligned on program goals and GTM needs.
  • •Drive risk to closure by finding technical and schedule risks early, building engineering mitigations, and moving work forward with clarity and context.
  • •Handle silicon hardware logistics by coordinating movement, tracking, and availability of silicon, boards, and peripherals to keep validation and bring-up unblocked.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 322,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience); a master’s is a plus.
  • •12+ years in technical roles with at least 5 years in technical program management, ideally driving SoC programs from bring-up through productization.
  • •Deep, hands-on understanding of SoC bring-up, validation, and productization, including what can go wrong at each stage.
  • •Ability to work across the silicon–system–software boundary to spot integration risks and drive fixes.
  • •On-site in Santa Clara, CA, a minimum of three days per week.
