Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have all required supplies and PPE for each day’s patients.
•Use mobile technology to access your schedule and commute to patient homes for appointments.
•Build patient rapport while collecting information and performing trained diagnostic and preventive services.
•Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, ensuring samples are properly labeled and coordinated for drop-off.
•Manage sample coordination and provide comfortable, low-acuity, patient-centric care in accordance with quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•State required licensure and/or proof of training (or national certification where state licensure requirements don’t apply).
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
•Proof of completion of course/program or certification based on licensure level.
•Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
•Ability to physically access patient homes (including stairs) and carry up to 20 pounds while walking.
