Lead the strategy, vision, and end-to-end product direction for EBANX’s Brazil payments, building and guiding a high-performing product team. Own the roadmap to drive adoption, increase market share, and ensure best-in-class solutions for global merchants, while collaborating with cross-functional leaders across commercial, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the multi-year product strategy for Brazil payment solutions, aligned with EBANX's global ambitions and local market dynamics.
•Translate business objectives into a prioritized roadmap balancing short-term commercial wins with long-term platform investments.
•Act as the executive voice of the Brazil payments product across the organization—from C-level alignment to cross-functional execution.
•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering ownership, curiosity, and customer obsession.
•Partner with commercial, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and engineering to build scalable, compliant solutions and drive go-to-market for new payment methods.

•Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across commercial, engineering, legal, and operations.
