Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a thriving pod culture by creating an inclusive, positive, and safe environment where students enjoy learning and socializing.
  • •Facilitate daily enrichment activities and encourage student voice and collaboration.
  • •Support students in developing essential life skills, like communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
  • •Guide academic growth by understanding each student’s academic program, strengths, and needs, and providing on-demand academic help.
  • •Partner with families by serving as the primary point of contact, sharing weekly updates, and building trust through clear communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •At least 4 years of teaching experience.
  • •Experience working with students with neurodiversities.
  • •Familiar with academic standards and core content areas (ELA, math, science, social studies).
  • •Experience teaching 3rd–6th grade or leading small group instruction preferred.
