Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design of reference architectures for integrated building systems in data centers, including BMS, energy management, guest room/public area automation, security/surveillance, fire and life safety, and other low-voltage connected technologies.
  • •Translate customer requirements into scalable, clearly documented solution designs with defined integration paths and recommend optimal architectures for comfort, efficiency, energy optimization, and occupancy-based control.
  • •Review technical specifications, drawings, and integration requirements for major hospitality projects and analyze single-line diagrams to deliver optimized, cost-effective solutions.
  • •Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and goals; engage owners, operators, consultants, and partners to understand operational workflows and regional requirements.
  • •Provide technical pre-sales leadership by designing customized solutions, delivering tailored demos, leading architecture discussions, validating feasibility, and addressing technical objections.

  • •7+ years in Data Center application engineering, solution proposal, or solution consulting, or 7+ years in Data Center Facility Management leadership, plus 3+ years designing building systems in data centers.

  • •Ability to translate customer and guest experience needs into technical solutions and analyze specifications to propose cost-effective alternatives.
  • •Business acumen to connect technical solutions with measurable outcomes, with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
