Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to develop data center infrastructure and high-density rack solutions.
  • •Design and develop mechanical and thermal components for air- and liquid-cooled systems using 3D CAD to create sheet metal, plastic, die-cast, and complex assemblies.
  • •Develop, prototype, and evaluate concepts for feasibility, performance, reliability, and manufacturability, using engineering analysis tools such as FEA where appropriate.
  • •Interpret technical specifications and supplier documentation to support design decisions and optimize thermal, mechanical, and system-level performance.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and tooling teams to take designs from concept through production while improving scalability, serviceability, and cost efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,500 - 187,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in electro-mechanical product development.
  • •Background in air and liquid cooling technologies, emphasizing liquid cooling and rack-level thermal components.
