Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service to deliver a premium factory outlet experience.
•Provide feedback to store management on required resources to meet stockroom operational needs and deliver/maintain a premium stockroom model.
•Represent adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
•Drive compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards in the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions.
•Support store performance by helping drive profitability through sales and profit targets and delivering outstanding consumer experience while meeting commercial goals.

Key Requirements

•Experienced STOCKROOM SPECIALIST able to work full-time hours covering weekdays and weekend days.
•Experience supporting day-to-day stockroom operations including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor replenishment.
•Ability to assist store leadership by providing feedback on required in-store resources to meet stockroom operational needs.
•Strong understanding of compliance with retail back-of-house operational directives, processes, policies, and standards.
•Experience as a retail team leader in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
