Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct DFM analysis before new product development to assess feasibility, process requirements, technical risks, and improvements.
  • •Recommend manufacturing techniques and determine production processes and working methods within defined cost and operational requirements.
  • •Support products from prototype and production samples through to mass production readiness, ensuring consistent manufacturing while meeting quality, cost, productivity, and delivery targets.
  • •Coordinate technical investigations across Pandora production sites (Lamphun, Bangkok, and Vietnam) and align cross-functional teams and vendors as needed.
  • •Supervise and train assigned team members; provide technical consultation to build capability and deliver new product activities within demanding timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Engineering, Jewellery and Gem Design, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in jewellery product development, jewellery production, or a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes, production techniques, and product requirements.
  • •Experience supporting new products from prototype/development through to mass production.
  • •Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate team members, with strong analytical and communication skills.
