  • •Oversee full event planning and execution, including registration, shipping, setup, day-of support, and post-event wrap-up.
  • •Provide tradeshow and tentpole support, coordinating vendors and logistics while maintaining brand consistency.
  • •Collaborate with GTM and marketing teams to ensure event messaging and goals align with broader objectives.
  • •Manage event budgets, SWAG inventory/distribution, and post-event reporting using KPIs with Marketing Ops.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on field marketing and events.
  • •Experience managing both small-scale and large-scale events.
  • •Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • •Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including budget and vendor coordination.
