Job Summary

Build and evolve customer-facing and internal web applications for Zopa’s Web Engineering team using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Backend to deliver accessible, high-performing experiences across multiple products. Improve reusable frontend components and shared libraries, optimize performance and reliability, and use data, experimentation, and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Contribute across the full SDLC, including CI/CD, testing, and observability.

•Build and enhance customer-facing and internal web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
•Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Backend teams to create intuitive, accessible, high-performing user experiences.
•Improve reusable frontend components, shared libraries, and engineering best practices to help teams move faster.
•Optimize application performance, reliability, and accessibility using data, experimentation, and customer feedback.
•Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and observability while taking ownership of work and identifying opportunities to improve products and developer experience.

•Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and improving application performance, reliability, and developer experience.
