Job Summary

Lead operational efforts between the Retail back office and retail field, including store visits, brand-standard execution, and identifying improvement opportunities. Monitor store performance using sales, operational KPIs, and customer service indicators, and drive action plans to meet targets. Support store openings, closings, relocations, and upgrades; develop store managers and teams; manage retail systems (Linx, LinxPOS, Kudos, NeoMode, APTOS testing) and vendor budgets, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, ensure brand standards, and surface improvement opportunities.
•Monitor store performance using sales, operational KPIs, and customer service indicators, and propose strategic action plans to reach targets.
•Support operational management for store openings, closings, relocations, and upgrades, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
•Support and develop store managers and teams by identifying training needs and ensuring disciplined execution of operational routines.
•Support retail systems (e.g., Linx, LinxPOS, Kudos, NeoMode), participate in system testing (including APTOS testing for promotions), and manage retailer communications, budgets, reporting, and vendor PO/invoices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•5 years of relevant work experience, with retail experience preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
•Excellent time management and organization skills.
•Strong decision-making, accuracy, and customer-focused, service-oriented approach.
