Key Responsibilities

  • •Support procurement activity across categories, including business requirements, supplier information, pricing, and documentation.
  • •Assist buying and sourcing by gathering inputs, preparing supplier comparisons, tracking actions, and supporting recommendations.
  • •Analyze spend, supplier, market, and contract data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
  • •Support supplier onboarding, governance, and third-party risk activities including documentation, due diligence, approvals, and follow-ups.
  • •Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports; support contract and statement of work administration and materials preparation for partners and governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating by summer 2028.
  • •Interest in procurement, supplier management, commercial operations, analytics, governance, or process improvement.
  • •Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, business documents, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, or CPT support is not available.
