Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of projects that support a strategy or initiative with significant impact on the organization across multiple industries
  • •Apply program and change management methodologies to help clients drive measurable value
  • •Define scope, timelines, budget, and perform cost, benefit, and risk analyses for client projects
  • •Provide structured recommendations on product performance, portfolio economics, and delivery roadmaps to clients
  • •Lead team to deliver insights and presentations, coaching junior team members and collaborating with Mastercard leadership

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques
  • •6+ years of Project Management experience in cards, payments, and portfolio management
  • •Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies
  • •Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and communicate effectively in English
