Job Summary

Associate Managing Consultant leading client engagements within Mastercard Advisors & Consulting Services. Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of projects that support a strategy or initiative with significant impact on the organization across multiple industries
•Apply program and change management methodologies to help clients drive measurable value
•Define scope, timelines, budget, and perform cost, benefit, and risk analyses for client projects
•Provide structured recommendations on product performance, portfolio economics, and delivery roadmaps to clients
•Lead team to deliver insights and presentations, coaching junior team members and collaborating with Mastercard leadership

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques
•6+ years of Project Management experience in cards, payments, and portfolio management
•Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies
•Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and communicate effectively in English
