Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, coordinate, and support laboratory technicians performing daily quality control testing.
  • •Plan and coordinate daily laboratory activities for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  • •Perform and oversee analytical laboratory testing using equipment such as titrators, FTIR, UV spectrometers, and solids analyzers.
  • •Review and evaluate lab results, collaborate with Production on deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Maintain compliance with ISO and FPC standards, ensure accurate documentation, and oversee calibration/maintenance/qualification of laboratory equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • •3–5 years of experience in a Quality Control laboratory within construction materials, chemicals, or manufacturing.
  • •Experience supervising or coordinating a laboratory or quality team is highly desirable.
  • •Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods and analytical instruments.
  • •Experience working with ISO quality management systems and a very good command of English.
