Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the store sales team during busy times and maintain an enjoyable team atmosphere.
  • •Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all styles and sizes are represented.
  • •Follow company standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and display; participate in merchandising and stocking.
  • •Receive product by opening/unpacking, checking items against packing lists, and recording merchandise in stock control systems; perform inventory counts.
  • •Ensure company assets by adhering to loss prevention procedures; maintain a neat, organized stockroom and offsite facility, including transfers and assisting customers as needed.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years old.
  • •Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • •Be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours, with regular attendance.
  • •Demonstrate basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and the ability to follow instructions from written/oral/diagram materials.
  • •Have knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems.
